The time, energy, and cost of deep, transformative therapy is considerable. But based on my years of experience (both as the therapist and the client), the investment is worth it.

hourly therapy rates

$200 per 55 minute Individual Therapy Session

$225 per 60 minute Couples Therapy Session

$350 per 90 minute Couples Therapy Session

EFT COuples therapy intensives:

  • Mini intensive: $1050

    3 Hour Intensive Sessions are available to current weekly therapy clients who would like an intensive experience and/or couples who have already completed a One or Two-Day Intensive and would like ongoing intensive work.

  • ONe-day intensive: $2800

    The cost for a One-Day Intensive (approx 8.5 hours) is $2,800. An intensive allows us to dedicate uninterrupted time to your relationship. We’ll work together to create a deeper understanding and lay the groundwork for lasting change—all in the span of one or two days.

  • Two-Day Intensive: $4600

    The cost for a Two-Day Intensive (approx 13.5 hours) is $4,600. An intensive allows us to dedicate uninterrupted time to your relationship. We’ll work together to create a deeper understanding and lay the groundwork for lasting change—all in the span of one or two days.

insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance companies.

Several years ago, I decided to step away from working with insurance companies so that I can provide the highest quality care to my clients without the restrictions they impose. Insurance often dictates important aspects of treatment, like how long therapy should last, how often sessions should occur, and even requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement.

By no longer accepting insurance, I’m able to offer greater flexibility, protect your privacy, and focus fully on what’s best for you and your unique needs.

Because I am an out-of-network provider, you are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of our appointment.

Some insurance plans have out-of-network mental health benefits and may reimburse you for part of the session fee. Please contact your insurance provider to get information about possible out-of-network coverage. I am happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

*Please note that Therapy Intensives are not reimbursable by insurance for out-of-network coverage. Insurance only reimburses for standard 50-60 minute sessions.

Cancellation Policy

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept FSA or HSA credit cards. If you have a FSA or HSA account, this is a great way to pay for therapy with pre-tax money!

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee.

Our initial appointment includes customary care coordination. With your permission, I will reach out to any other provider you are working with (PCP, OBGYN, chiropractor, massage therapist, etc) so that we can coordinate our treatment. This is considered best practice and will help you get the best, most holistic care.
