therapy investment
(Rates, payment options, and what to expect)
Therapy is a financial investment - but more than that, it’s an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your well-being. When you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, it can be hard to imagine things getting better. But the truth is, with the right support, change is possible.
My goal is to offer a space that’s warm, focused, and effective - where you can feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to create meaningful change in your life and relationships. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to walk alongside you.
session fees
Couples Therapy: $250 per 60-minute session
Individual Therapy: $210 per 55-minute session
Longer Sessions Available: Some couples find 90-minute sessions helpful, especially when working through more complex issues. If you're interested in extended sessions, we can talk about what would feel most supportive.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards.
why clients choose this work
Therapy is a commitment—not just of time and emotional energy, but also financially. I know the decision to pay out of pocket, especially at a higher fee, isn’t one people take lightly.
What I can offer in return is a space that’s not only warm and supportive, but deeply effective.
Couples work is the heart of my practice and the area I’ve invested the most in. I’ve spent years training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-based approach that helps couples move from disconnection into deeper, more secure connection. I continue to pursue advanced training, participate in regular supervision, and review my sessions to keep growing—because I care deeply about doing this work well.
EFT also shapes the way I work with individuals. Whether we're working one-on-one or as a couple, this approach helps us get beneath the surface and into the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you experience your life. This work can lead to meaningful, lasting change—not just more insight or coping, but transformation from the inside out.
If you've done therapy before and felt like it was just a place to talk or vent, this may feel different. I work to create a space that’s both compassionate and structured—where we’re not just processing, but actively working toward the life and relationships you want.
insurance + reimbursement
I am not in-network with any insurance companies.
Working outside of insurance gives us freedom: no diagnosis, no session limits, and no third-party oversight. We can stay focused on your goals, your pace, and your growth—without needing to fit it into a model that wasn’t built for deep relational work.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (receipt) that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Many of my clients receive 50–80% reimbursement once they’ve met their out-of-network deductible.
Not sure about your coverage?
Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
“What is my out-of-network reimbursement for CPT code 90837?”
